TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT
Temporary employment is a concept with which the Agency as employer leases the agency employee to the Client. The Agency signs Employee Lease Agreement with the Client and an Employment contract with the agency worker.
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
The Agency signs contracts with their employees on the whole territory of Croatia, guaranteeing all employees rights prescribed by Labour Law. Administration, registration, insurance and payroll management are handled by the Agency.
EMPLOYEE LEASE AGREEMENT
Agreement between the Agency and the Client which defines agency worker lease, relations and general conditions of business.
WORK REFERENCE
The Agency refers its employees to the Client.
